The process is very easy and consists of 4 simple steps.
- Step 1: Availability
Please contact us first to check availability. As we work on request
mainly, we always contact the owners before any booking is made.
We will then hold an option (i.e. make a provisional booking),
valid for 2 days, which leaves you time to check travel arrangements
before committing to the booking.
- Step 2: Let’s go for it!
Once you are ready to book, we will send you a booking form and
our booking conditions by email, fax or post: whatever way is
best for you. You will just have to fill in your details and return
the form to us by email, fax or post. You can also download a
booking form in PDF in the next section. Please click here to
go to Booking Form
- Step 3: Deposit and Payments
To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit. The balance
is due 10 weeks prior to departure. We do not send out reminders.
If you are booking less than 10 weeks before the start of your
holiday, we will require the full amount to be paid. We accept
payment by cheque, transfer, debit and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
Please note there is a surcharge of 2% for payment by credit card.
- Step 4: What next?
Once you have returned your form, we will forward you an invoice
with name of the property you booked, dates and payment schedule.
We will send you the directions to the property once the full
amount is paid.
What happens if you have to cancel your holiday?
If you have to cancel your holiday you will have to pay a cancellation
charge. This will be the full deposit if you cancel more than 10
weeks prior to departure. After that date the charge will be a percentage
of the total invoice including any supplements:
i. 70 - 41 days before departure 65%
ii. 42 - 15 days 85%
iii. 14 days or less 100%
The cancellation date is the date we receive written notice of
cancellation in our offices signed by the person who is the lead
name on the booking. You may be able to reclaim the cancellation
fees if you have a suitable insurance policy.
AND PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE REMEMBER TO PURCHASE TRAVEL
INSURANCE.
